You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

When you create an account with us, you must provide truthful information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.

All original content and materials on Trendn — including the site design, branding, layout, features, and custom assets — are owned or licensed by Trendn and protected by intellectual property laws. TikTok videos and related content shown on the platform and website remain the property of their respective creators and are displayed for informational and entertainment purposes only. Trendn does not claim ownership over any third-party content and respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a rights holder and believe your content is being used improperly, please contact us at support@trytrendn.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Trendn’s original materials without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trendn and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

‍We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, without notice.

‍These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.

Trendn may offer paid subscriptions. Payments are processed via Stripe (or other authorized payment providers). By subscribing, you authorize Trendn to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This means that once your card is charged, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including (but not limited to) forgetting to cancel, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with the service.

Refunds will only be considered in the event of a significant service outage lasting seven (7) consecutive days or more that prevents access to the core functionality of the platform. In such cases, Trendn reserves the right to issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must send a written cancellation request to support@trytrendn.com before your next billing date. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of the subscription.

Trendn reserves the right to refuse any refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
